For those who have not accepted Christ as their Savior, what has prevented you from believing?
Life's experiences, our institutions, and even some well (or not so well) intentioned churches, pastors, and priests can drive us away from Jesus. This section of SinSeerBeliever is designed to help lead you back to Him and His Word.
What I have learned
Science, belief in stories from the bible and/or education, the big bang (creation), evolution, Noah and the flood, et cetera.
If God is good, why does He allow evil?
One of the most difficult concepts to grasp is reconciling God's love with the presence of evil.

Origin
The country, city, town, street, or family will never preclude you from following Christ. He does not care where you are from or where you have been. Jesus asks only for your heart. Allow Him to guide your future
Religion
Jesus tells us that there is only one way to the Father, which is through the son (Jesus). Your past mistakes and/or misunderstandings are forgiven when you repent and turn to Christ. Never allow past beliefs, traditions, or experiences with a sinful or even criminal religious leader affect your eternity with God
Your past
Jesus came for sinners. Which is every human who ever walked the Earth. Only Christ was without sin. Therefore, He came for all of us. Not just the ones with a perfect credit score or those without felonies or misdemeans. Never allow guilt, shame, or ego to affect your belief in Christ.
Perceived Flaws
In a culture that shows us in near-real-time how we compare to others it is incredibly difficult not to focus on our perceived shortcomings. Our relationship with Christ is eternal, so don't sweat the external, and never allow anything or anyone to make you feel unworthy. No amount of money, fame, or plastic surgery will provide true joy, and certainly not salvation. In fact, many discover that their perceived flaws were actually a blessing in disguise.
Politics
Belief in Jesus as the true savior has nothing to do with your political party. However, His Word, coupled with your prayers and faith will guide your decisions in every aspect of your life. Never allow politics to affect your salvation
